Maximus is looking for a Senior FP&A Analyst to transform complex financial data into actionable insights, partner with department heads on resource optimization, and develop sophisticated financial models to drive executive decision-making through business inflection points.
We are growing our Finance team and looking for a detail-oriented and hardworking individual seeking an opportunity to drive change in a rapidly growing healthcare company. In this role, you’ll work closely with other members of the Finance team and across the organization to develop analyses, financial reporting and robust financial models to support senior members of the Finance team and general Leadership at Maximus.

Responsibilities:
Shape the future of our business through data-driven storytelling, crafting powerful insights from daily, weekly, and monthly analytics that guide leadership decisions.
Build and own sophisticated financial models that drive transparency and decision making. You will bring your love of data to drive collaborative and continuous forecast models.
Lead high-impact analyses that inform product launches and growth initiatives, using advanced forecasting techniques to illuminate the path forward.
Uncover risks & opportunities by diving deep into performance metrics, translating complex data into clear action plans.
Be a crucial voice in the room as we scale, supporting key stakeholders from our leadership team to core investors.
Build strategic partnerships across teams (Growth, Operations, Product, Data) to drive innovation and optimize performance.
The ideal candidate will have the following experience:
Track record of excellence with 3-5 years crafting financial models and strategic analyses, backed by experience in investment banking, management consulting, or corporate finance/FP&A Bonus points if you’ve been in a fast growing startup.
Experience working with operations teams (preferred).
Bachelor's degree or higher in Economics, Accounting, or Business Finance (preferred).
Technical mastery of Excel/Google Sheets, with experience in building dashboards in BI tools like Looker or Metabase (i.e., you must know how to read & write queries in SQL).
Proven ability to build dynamic P&L models and extract insights from complex datasets.
Natural curiosity that drives you to dig deeper, find answers, and perfect the details.
Thrive in fast-paced environments where you can prioritize high-impact initiatives.
Track record of delivering results through multi-stakeholder projects under tight deadlines.
Outstanding communicator who can build strong relationships across all levels and translate complex ideas into compelling stories, whether remote or in-person.
